Send the controller identity, return agreement and delivery recipient together, then ask the service coordinator to trace its internal receipt rather than repeat the tracking status.

Ask them to search under both the recipient and your company name, with the controller identity attached. The transport label and service enquiry may never have been linked at receiving.

Keep the station's recovery plan separate while they search, since an acknowledged delivery does not give you an assessment date or a working controller.
