Ask for a packing breakdown by crate mark and the dispatch evidence for the crate said to contain those items. A complete-order contents list may simply repeat what should have been sent.
11分Got a second crate mark, still no dispatch record. Seller now says the forwarder must confirm collection. Installation remains on hold; at least the missing package has a name.
