Our complete UR5e order arrived as an arm crate without controller or tool wiring adapter. Seller says separate shipment, but keeps quoting the arm's delivered reference. No second number supplied.
Ask for a packing breakdown by crate mark and the dispatch evidence for the crate said to contain those items. A complete-order contents list may simply repeat what should have been sent.
Got a second crate mark, still no dispatch record. Seller now says the forwarder must confirm collection. Installation remains on hold; at least the missing package has a name.
