Returned our FR5 gripper controller to the seller's agreed address. Courier says delivered. Service says nothing. How do I trace it?

Reception signed. Return reference is on our label. No service intake number.
14分Ask reception to service: where did that referenced parcel go? Include the controller serial.
23分Purchasing sent those together. Seller says checking internally. Still waiting for a named contact.
22分Keep the bench downtime visible. Delivered doesn't give you a repair date.
