The door in this unloading layout belongs to another mill

Our FR10 proposal removes cylindrical aluminium blanks through a doorway copied from a different machine, with no gripper body shown; I need the access claim rebuilt before the proposed base location acquires the permanence of drilled concrete.

Send the actual machine identification and measured opening to the designer, then require the supplied tool assembly in the review. I would also establish how that other machine model entered the proposal, since it may have supplied more than the door dimensions.

The previous application file was reused, including its internal fixture location; the toolmaker confirms that our current gripper assembly drawing is available but was never imported.

Then the reach claim needs a fresh review against your machine and fixture, not just a corrected doorway. Thank you for checking the file history; otherwise everyone might have congratulated themselves on fixing the visible error while retaining the invisible one.

The integrator has withdrawn the layout for revision and requested our fixture datum information; no base location is currently approved.

When the revision arrives, compare the tool and fixture identities as well as the dimensions. Stores can help confirm what is actually being supplied, which is useful when inherited application files carry plausible-looking obsolete assemblies.
