Our Fairino FR5 order from an unnamed seller in China travelled in consolidated freight. The arm crate is here, but the separately identified crate for the mounting hardware kit isn't. The carrier page says delivered, and our receipt has confusing package counts.
After 51 days of queries, I still have no trace of the missing crate by its identifier.
@CallumBrooks0795 Does your packing list assign the mounting hardware kit to its own crate number? Compare that number with your receiving log and the labels you photographed.
It does. I've photographed the arm crate label, and our receiving log has no entry for the other identifier. The receipt only references the master consignment.
Request loading and delivery records for that crate identifier. Send your received list too, so the agent can reconcile individual crates rather than quote the master status.
