Seller through Alibaba says our FR10 and tray gripper shipped. Carrier still says label created. Same screenshot every time I ask who collected it. What should I ask for that isn't another label?
has our FR10 left anything except the seller's spreadsheet?

Can the seller provide the collecting agent's receipt tied to your crate mark and packing list?
14分They've sent a freight booking, not a receipt. Says awaiting cargo under a different reference. I've asked them to explain that rather than crop it out of the next picture.

6分Our training date was built around a booking screenshot once. We had chairs, trainees and no controller. I'd tell whoever plans your workshop time that collection is still unconfirmed, even while you chase the agent.

13分Ask that freight contact to return one linked account of the handover, including the gripper's package, rather than leave you relaying unrelated answers between the seller and agent.
