I'm rewriting our FR10 housing-transfer handover because everyone can start the saved job but an empty pocket sends them back to me, and after watching someone reread the same page twice I realised the missing decision wasn't going to appear through enthusiasm

Ask them what they expected the next instruction to say, before explaining your intended recovery (otherwise you're testing their ability to follow you, not the handover).

They expected the screen to identify the empty pocket and say whether the run could continue, while my sheet only says check tray; controls and the operators are now defining that decision together
