I checked the FR10 spare kit during our stores handover and found an empty cable bin marked complete. The installed cable arrived with the robot; the extra one did not. Seller in China keeps promising it with another shipment. How do I get the missing spare acknowledged without reopening the whole hardware receipt?

Does the agreed order identify the extra cable separately? Use that line and the quantity actually received when asking them to confirm the outstanding item.
18分Yes, it has its own reference. Stores had counted the installed cable against both lines. Corrected our record and sent the seller the spare line with zero received.
14分Have they acknowledged that exact outstanding reference? A reply about the main cable would leave the same misunderstanding in their records.
22分They have now. No dispatch date yet. I've told maintenance the bin label was wrong and the spare remains unavailable, so nobody plans a repair around an empty box.
