I have kept short-order withdrawal and temporary carton handling in our pallet review, but this new carton construction adds another snag: its required support strip lies over a gap in the turned row, so I need packaging and tooling looking at the same section before we retain the pattern.

Has packaging marked the strip on the actual packed carton?

Yes, with the lower layer beneath it; their section shows the missing bearing directly, rather than asking us to infer it from a top view.

Use that identified construction for the alternatives too, since an older carton's support agreement should not travel across with its layer picture.

Rosa, tooling is drawing a straight option; Hassan, dispatch has counted extra pallet changes for our ordinary orders and is checking where the additional partial pallet would wait.

The waiting place needs an owner as well as a space on the plan, especially when a different person brings the partial back.

Dispatch assigned the waiting bay and responsibility, with a label showing order and unfinished layer; the straight option now has packaging's agreement, but tooling still owes its last withdrawal view.
