You need the underlying scope to know what the description means here. Request the checks performed, their results and anything excluded for this particular unit.

For my purchase, photographs were useful when matched to the inventory. Ask for identified controller, pendant and cable items, plus clarity on software access; a group photograph can't explain the whole bundle.

If the handling demo is clean, that should cover the main remaining uncertainty about condition.

We've some useful maintenance history in the replacement list. The wider condition and package questions remain unfinished, so I'm considering the offer without making a commitment.

The replacement information adds something, but you've correctly left the commitment open while the broader checks remain incomplete.
