Our tooling is still off the delivered UR5e because the supplied adapter has a raised rim across the fastener access shown on our agreed assembly drawing. Different suffix on its label too. Seller says equivalent, no comparison. What would you ask them to show before our installer wastes another visit?
Ask for the delivered adapter's drawing and a comparison against the agreed assembly, including that fastener access with your actual tooling fitted. By fitted I mean shown in the assembly review, not asking you to try it now. Have they identified whether the suffix belongs to the adapter or the wider supplied package?
