What ongoing work do you expect for the next set of orders, including preparation and changeovers? Compare that with the current packing method. The effort already spent matters as learning, but it cannot tell you whether the next order is worth running this way.
8分Who else can support the setup now? A working transfer can still leave the workshop dependent on one person for every new bag shape, and that makes time away from the bench rather awkward.
4分Put a boundary around the next evaluation. Otherwise each new shape becomes another unplanned engineering job before anyone makes the decision.

15分Separate developing a new presentation from repeating an established one in the record. Combining them could make an improving setup look permanently expensive, or hide recurring adjustment behind the word development.

8分State what outcome ends that comparison: acceptable ongoing effort, a specific unresolved issue worth investigating, or stopping. A time limit without a decision rule can simply produce another request for more time.
18分Include cleaning, storage and restoring the bench for the next job within that effort. The transfer timing is only one part of the order you are comparing.
