Start with what changed. Pads, fingers, tray supports, part revision. Retain the pickup versions too, since several corrections can hide the order of the original trouble.

Another UR5e station, another spacer grip corrected sideways

Tilted in the fingers, or already tilted in the tray before pickup? Those are different starting points for your inspection.
11分Ben, the videos start with the block already held. Hazel, a tray insert was replaced between the first and second edits. No recorded finger change.
9分Get someone to look under that insert. We once had a replacement that looked fine from the top while its locating face sat on a trapped label. No amount of admiring the top view improved it.
14分Who checked the replacement insert when it was fitted? I want to know what their check actually covered, not blame them for using the sheet they were given.
10分Elena's point matters. The record might only confirm the part number and latch closure, not that the pocket faces are in the intended place.
-8分And a tray fault found now wouldn't explain why the first edit was needed before replacement. Keep both questions alive.
7分Elena, operator checked the number and closed the latch, exactly as Hazel guessed. Lin, maintenance is inspecting the underside and the block's seat. The earlier pickup issue remains separate.
3分Good. I wouldn't turn my trapped-label story into your diagnosis before that look, tempting though a cheap answer is
4分Lin, did your changeover sheet include the underside after that? We show labels and latches rather well, actual locating contact less well.
3分It did, with the maintainer's photo of the relevant contact. Not a demand to dismantle everything at each change. The operator needed to know what proper seating looked like and when to stop and ask.
17分That is the useful handover detail. Include the replacement identity too, because the same photo won't necessarily explain a later insert revision.
15分Maintenance found a small raised patch on the replacement insert's underside. Toolmaker has it for comparison against the drawing. Not a trapped label this time, and no restored-transfer result yet.
4分Did the block rock in that insert before removal, Amy? You mentioned maintenance checking the seat as well as the underside.
1分Yes, they could rock the identified block in the pocket with the insert fitted; they haven't yet separated the insert seating effect from its pocket shape.
9分Will that same block be retained for the comparison when the insert returns? It would be useful to show the operator what changed using the same piece.
13分Keep it, then broaden the check to other relevant blocks and tray positions. A single retained sample is a useful starting point, not the whole acceptance test.
18分It's marked and retained. Thanks Elena, maintenance had kept the insert but the block was about to go back into the tray pile. Wider comparison is in the request too.
6分And have the programmer review those accumulated corrections with the restored setup. Would be a shame to repair the hardware and then faithfully reproduce the software's compensation for it
