Our received UR5e has its fitted mounting adapter, but the agreed spare is absent; I have separated the spare's full assembly reference from the main delivery and want actual availability and dispatch responsibility before another next-shipment reply.

Ask dispatch to identify the actual spare set and whether the agreed carriage covers sending it on its own, because an extra order should not be needed merely to give your existing shortage somewhere to travel.

Dispatch acknowledges the separate spare line but hasn't confirmed physical stock; purchasing has asked for that answer and standalone carriage responsibility together, with the fitted adapter left out of the shortage count.
