We've unpacked the arm but cannot start our sample-positioning setup: the controller and tool wiring adapter aren't there. The seller has repeated 'separate shipment' for 17 days without a reference. I kept the crate and photographed each packing layer, so I can show what actually arrived.
Separate shipment needs a separate trail. Have they identified one parcel containing both missing items, or are you guessing the adapter travels with the controller?
They've finally confirmed both items were held at their packing desk, not sent separately. They supplied a new packing list and parcel reference; the carrier now shows collection. I asked them to correct the order's delivery note too.
The parcel arrived with both missing items. Our installer checked their references against the agreed package list, and we've closed the shortage. Thanks Pavel, asking where the adapter was packed got a straight answer at last.
