Housing tilts as our FR10 lifts it

The operator showed me a housing tilting as it leaves one tray pocket. We've nudged pickup coordinates more than once, but this time I want to compare the tool and pocket before another edit. The tray looks seated. That is as far as our inspection has got.

One pocket every time, or does the bad grip follow that particular housing around the tray?

Only that pocket in the saved clips. Different housings. Maintenance will inspect it and the fingers with the cell isolated; no extra run needed to see the pattern.

Good, take a proper look at how the housing bears in that pocket, not just where the tray sits on the bench.

There's a damaged edge in the pocket. It catches the housing before the bottom seats. Fingers also show some wear, so maintenance is dealing with both.

Two actual things to fix, then, which is considerably better than asking the coordinates to apologise for them.

The damaged tray is out of use and the finger check is booked into the repair work. We haven't returned the setup to service yet. The coordinate changes will be reviewed against the restored setup.

Who'll decide when another tray is too damaged to use? Give them a photo of that edge, because 'tray looks okay' has already let this one through.
