Have maintenance inspect the tray seating, tool mounting and finger contact with the equipment isolated for that work. Compare with the intended assembly. Keep a note of what they find before tidying it away.
12分Maintenance found one finger pad sitting proud. There is a packing washer behind it.
21分Is that washer specified? Check the back of the pad and its mounting against the drawing, not only the gripping face. It may be hiding a fit problem.
