UR5e component-case layer has gaps below the required support

I am putting support and full tool access on one drawing. Who should define the bearing regions for our rotated component cases before I accept this UR5e pattern?

Packaging should define the filled case's bearing requirements against the actual lower layer and pallet deck.

Ask why the alternation was chosen as well. Interlocking appearance is not an acceptance result; the packaging team needs to assess the stack and its intended handling, not just a single supported carton.

It was chosen for apparent stack stability. Packaging has now rejected two rotated positions: required ends cross gaps.

Then those positions fail this support review. A clear gripper route would not rescue them; a different layer still needs both assessments.

Can dispatch accept a different pallet quantity, if the joint review needs it?

Who is drawing the alternative? Tooling and packaging need one owner joining their changes, not two disconnected approvals

Dispatch allows a lower quantity. The integrator owns a straight-row candidate, with packaging checking stack stability as well as bearing.

Keep its transport and handling assumptions visible. Straight rows are not automatically unsuitable, but neither does adequate vertical bearing establish the complete stack's suitability for dispatch.

The candidate has passed packaging's defined load assessment and the complete tooling model, including partial layers. Physical handling checks remain.

Which pallet was used in that assessment? The approved load should not quietly migrate to a different deck when stores runs short.

Our specified dispatch pallet. Its identity is on the pattern. Physical placement, release and the defined dispatch handling checks have now passed; packaging and integration signed that arrangement, with the allowed partial loads stated.

Has dispatch updated its pallet allocation for the lower quantity? The approved pattern needs that practical handover too.
