Our supplier says the vacuum tool sealed on an access panel. The photo shows one panel on a bench, not our stacked supply. Did they check single-panel delivery and support through the move, or only the seal?

Can they show how that panel reached the bench, and its shape during transfer to your locating tray?
19分They placed it there by hand. No stack separation in that trial. They also say the far edge sagged during transfer, which wasn't mentioned in the short report.
