Did the FR10 panel trial ever start with a stack?

Our supplier says the vacuum tool sealed on an access panel. The photo shows one panel on a bench, not our stacked supply. Did they check single-panel delivery and support through the move, or only the seal?

Can they show how that panel reached the bench, and its shape during transfer to your locating tray?

They placed it there by hand. No stack separation in that trial. They also say the far edge sagged during transfer, which wasn't mentioned in the short report.

Then ask for a proposal covering both missing parts, because a better-supported panel could still be two panels arriving together

They propose extra support on the tool and a separate stack-handling study. I have asked our integrator to define the uncertain or multiple-panel response before we agree the next trial scope.

Does the study include your ordinary stack condition, or are they expecting someone to loosen every panel first?

Price that preparation if proposed. Don't let free hand-separation sneak into the comparison.
