I am improving the handover for a commissioned FR5 coupon-inspection cell while the integrator is still available. The screenshots show the main routine without revisions, subprograms, fixture assumptions or ordinary PLC signal expectations. I need enough structure for a maintainer to follow the installed job, not just recognise its first screen.
Can the integrator tie a program pack to the installed revision and trace one coupon through the calls? I'd start there. Otherwise you could spend time describing screenshots that don't match what is running
I asked for the installed pack and a dependency walkthrough. The existing images do not identify which version they show. I have left that uncertainty in the handover index rather than guessing from their filenames.
Include one ordinary wait in that walkthrough, not only a completed coupon. What signal or fixture observation is it waiting for, and where is that expectation documented? That's often where the missing assumptions become visible
The integrator agreed to use the fixture-confirmation wait as well as the completed route. No pack delivered yet. I have also asked who will own the backup and revision record after the walkthrough.
Good questions to keep attached to the request. A meeting agreement is not the handover itself, so leave those items open until somebody can actually use what comes back
