Lost the monitor connection during a fixture check and came back to two completions for one sample bracket. FR10 workshop cell, retained job registers. The PLC completion was already high before the outage. I have both monitor entries and they point to the same job, so I am leaving the retained state alone while we work out why the monitor counted it again.
Had a similar count dispute on a first-piece sheet. Second entry looked new because it had a fresh receipt time; the underlying result was old. Yours has the same job, which helps. Does that job also identify the particular attempt, or can another check reuse it? Whoever fixes the monitor needs to know that before deciding what to ignore. Otherwise the next genuine repeat might disappear instead.
