One FR10 proposal sorts our spacers from a specially prepared tray, while another supplier demonstrated the old trays we actually circulate; what common trial would let us compare setup, interruptions and changeovers as well as the successful placements?
Agree the incoming condition and accepted output, then require each supplier to show the whole process between them. A new tray may be sensible, but include who fills it, where it lives and what happens when an old tray arrives on the next shift.
