A separate shipment reference would help. Ask for its package list too, so you can see whether it covers all the missing bits.

That doesn't identify another parcel. Send the missing-item list against the order lines and ask them to account for each one.

Have they given any dispatch date in writing? I wouldn't know whether this is a packing error or an unshipped balance from that reference.

Our receiving team once had a small accessories carton booked under the purchasing office. Worth asking stores what physically arrived, using the order number and crate markings. What did your unpacking photos show?

Useful check, though the controller would need its own evidence. A found cable won't establish that the rest arrived.

Stores found the pendant cable in a separate delivery. Controller still missing; I've corrected my item list.

Keep the controller query open with that correction. Has the seller now supplied anything besides the already-delivered crate reference?
