The case bottoms bridge gaps in our FR5 pattern

I put the lower layer under our proposed FR5 carton pattern and found two turned cases spanning gaps beneath their required support areas. The tool drawing had treated the layer below as a solid shelf. I'd like packaging and tooling to settle that together, before a new set of fingers makes the same assumption in metal.

Has packaging seen the actual filled case against that section?

Yes. They rejected those turned positions for this case construction. The integrator is comparing straight rows, with the full fingers shown through release instead of drawing only the carton.

Did the alternative change how dispatch finishes a short order?

And who chooses that ending, Nathan? I would want the operator to recognise the right option from the order and carton, not remember which neat drawing somebody preferred in a meeting.
