Our FR10 arm crate arrived, but the mounting-kit crate with its own identifier didn't; the carrier's delivered entry covers the consignment, and the depot has sent me a receipt marked 'one pallet' without listing either crate, so which receipt should I be asking them to find?
Ask for the handling record that links that pallet to the individual crate identifiers; 'one pallet' by itself doesn't tell you whether the kit was on it.
The pallet photo they sent only shows the arm crate label, with the far side hidden; I've asked for the identifier list behind that receipt rather than another copy of the delivery status.
