Only the order contact so far. I have asked them to assign a technical owner and identify the applicable document set for this actual panel.

Keep the mismatch unresolved until that answer arrives. The outside package labels are useful identification, but they cannot tell us whether this is a wrong illustration, a different supplied accessory arrangement or a hardware error.

Ask for the answer to name both the supplied panel reference and the document revision; another attachment called latest would leave the next installer with the same puzzle.

Julia, agreed. Beth hasn't said the actual robot connections differ, only the supplied panel and its guide.

Technical owner replied. The illustrated panel is an earlier supplier accessory assembly, not the one in our package. They are checking whether the correct supplement was omitted from the document pack.

They have, against its reference and our order. They say the supplement was omitted. Our installer wants the actual applicable instructions and supporting documents before completing the setup check.

That sounds sensible; identifying the cause of the paperwork mismatch does not supply the missing instructions, particularly for whoever has to take over when your installer is absent.

Arrived, with the panel reference and revision in the document. Installer found that its connection overview matches the delivered exterior, but one referenced assembly sheet is still missing from the pack.

Ask for that referenced sheet too. A matching overview is not a reason to improvise the step which sends the installer elsewhere

And have them state which earlier pages the supplement replaces, so the working pack does not preserve two conflicting routes through the same task.

Missing sheet supplied. Technical owner identified the superseded pages, and our installer has reviewed the complete replacement pack against the supplied assembly. No hardware substitution was required to settle this mismatch.

Does the working folder now contain only the applicable setup route?

Yes. Wrong guide is retained with the correspondence, outside the setup folder. Installer closed the documentation mismatch; their remaining installation checks are separately scheduled. Thank you, Bruno, for asking which pages the supplement actually replaced.
