My FR10 pouch-to-tray motion works, but every new filled-bag shape needs more presentation work. I'm attached to it... how do I judge whether keeping it makes sense for our changing low-volume orders?
Take the next expected mix of orders and count the preparation and changeover work it would create for the people actually available. Compare that with the current alternative, including any handling benefit you can demonstrate. I would not fund another presentation fixture merely because the motion is already working
