FR10 blank-removal quote built around an invisible door

The proposed FR10 removal route looks fine until I open our machine door in the workshop and put the gripper drawing beside it. Neither shape appears in the supplier's sketch. I'd like an access study before purchasing, not a quotation whose cheapest component is missing geometry.

Ask which complete gripper and adapter the study will use, then give them the actual open-door survey. Include the loaded withdrawal and the empty tool's return, not just the blank at the fixture.

Tooling has supplied the assembly. Machine coordinator measured the open door and handle with the setter. The first complete view puts the tool body through the handle, so that position is withdrawn.

Did they offer another defined position, or only say the arm can be moved? Those lead to rather different next drawings.

A side position with a longer route to the receiver. Setter says it leaves his fixture-change trolley space intact. We still need the complete movement checked there.

Include the receiver release too. A clear exit through the door can still end with the open fingers caught against the tray.

Combined route clears the door and receiver in the side model. Maintenance can reach its service points too. Revised price includes the longer installation and connections; we're comparing it with manual removal before deciding.

Who checked the connection routing during that movement? I mean the hoses and cables on the complete tool, not only where they plug in at the stand.
