The arm crate from our consolidated FR10 shipment is here. The separately assigned tooling crate is not, and the delivery receipt does not make clear what its package count means. After 41 days asking the seller in China for that crate's trace, I still get the whole shipment's delivered status. What should receiving compare first?
Ask what physical units the receipt counted, with the missing crate's identifier beside the received arm-crate photographs. Delivered is answering a broader question than yours.
Receiving says the count refers to handling units, not a checked inventory of our order crates. I sent that explanation and the tooling-crate mark to the forwarder. No location returned yet.
The forwarder has accepted the crate-specific enquiry and asked its consolidation depot to trace the mark. We still have only the arm here. I have not booked tooling installation from the enquiry acknowledgement.
