We saw the PLC request flash and assumed the plate check had started. Application has no matching entry. The ordinary job interface needs ownership and acknowledgement defined; the independently engineered safety functions are separate.
Ask both authors to walk the request through sending, receipt, acceptance and completion, with one owner and clear clearing conditions for each ordinary signal. Does the current application confirm a specific request, or only advertise that it is connected?
