I have an FR5 moving bagged hardware kits into cartons, planned initially for 187. The motion works, but product and bag-shape changes keep creating preparation jobs in our low-volume packing area. I've put substantial effort in and don't like stopping. I still doubt the maintenance makes sense.
The working transfer is a real result, but it does not settle whether this is a useful packing process. Compare the next realistic run of changing orders with your current method, including the presentation work you keep absorbing and the support somebody else would need. Set a review point with a decision you are willing to make, including stopping; otherwise every successful transfer can become a reason to buy yourself one more preparation task.
