I have a timeout, a restart and an acknowledgement in our bracket-inspection records. The application reused its label, and the three clocks disagree. I need to tell the workshop which attempt is still uncertain, not produce a tidy timeline by moving the awkward entries until they agree.

Keep the raw order within each source and mark the restart boundary. Ask the interface owner whether the saved request and reply carry an attempt reference beyond the reused label, and what the acknowledgement actually confirms. If the available evidence cannot identify its owner, leave it unassigned.
