Our imported UR5e connector-unloading package stops intermittently. The seller we bought from through Alibaba has several clips, but none clearly shows the pendant message from that occurrence. I have been trying to make the ticket more useful rather than simply larger.
The operator remembers a fixture message, although I would not treat that recollection as exact wording. What should the next capture include, and is any of the existing material still worth keeping?
Keep the existing clips with their occurrence times and limitations. For the next event, obtain readable message text, active step, job and fixture identity, with the matching controller and PLC records. That gives support something they can connect to the physical view.
Our phone footage made the screen look readable until we enlarged it, so a direct message export was more useful than moving the camera ever closer; ask what the system can retain for the same event.
A second record, Sarah; the important bit was matching both to the event rather than attaching the most recent screenshot simply because its text was sharp.
Elliot, the connector is still in the fixture in our clearest clip. Sofia, the old files have times now, but the readable screenshot we found is from another stop. I have kept it separate. Maintenance is arranging the paired capture.
What exact message is on that separate screenshot? It may still define a useful question, provided nobody silently attaches it to the first clip again.
Yes, and that was the weak part of our first arrangement; the controls owner later provided an event capture which retained both references, so the operator was not reconstructing it afterwards.
That sounds worth asking about for Hazel's handover, though I would still gather the available evidence now rather than wait for a new capture feature.
The separate screenshot says fixture release not confirmed. It gives no fixture number. Our current capture request includes F7 and its drawing revision B, as well as the step and event time. No new occurrence captured yet.
Ask controls what contributes to that confirmation on F7. The wording alone does not tell maintenance which physical contact or reported state to examine.
Sofia, would you keep the old unidentified-fixture screenshot as its own ticket occurrence? I can see it being useful without being enough to diagnose anything.
Yes. Preserve its message and time with the fixture identity marked unknown. It can be revisited if other evidence appears. Removing it would lose information; pretending it belongs to F7 would add information you do not have.
F7 is exchanged, Elliot. We now have a matched occurrence: F7 fitted, release wait active, expected confirmation absent in the sequence record. Controls is identifying the source of that confirmation. The old screenshot remains a separate unidentified-fixture occurrence.
Only the command and the missing confirmation are established. The relevant contact is hidden in the view. I have corrected my draft, which said failed to release, and asked maintenance to inspect the identified arrangement.
Thank you for spelling that out. The distinction helps me read the ticket without treating a missing confirmation as a physical finding that nobody has made yet.
