Arm arrived, controller and tool wiring adapter did not. Ordered the complete fixture-loading package. Seller says separate shipment, no reference after six days. Kept the crate and packing. Where do I start tracing?
They sent the original reference again. It identifies the arm crate. I've asked for the controller package number and its handover record specifically.
Does your purchase contact have the received-item inventory too, so they can chase the complete-package shortage without restarting the unpacking argument?
