Our sleeve-unloading ticket is 37 days old. In the video, the operator points at a message outside the frame and says it is the usual one. I cannot tell whether our FR5 job is waiting or faulted from that. What should the next capture include?
Start by getting the actual message, not somebody's description of it. Then have the job author identify the corresponding wait or fault and what happened immediately before it. Or rather, what evidence they need from before it; you don't want another phone clip starting after the useful bit.
