I'm reviewing FR10 vacuum tooling for six packed cartons from our bench. The smooth demonstration sample does not represent our seams, printed areas or board surfaces. What evidence should cover that permitted variation before I accept the concept?
Have packing and receiving select representative filled cartons and record the actual pickup locations, surface conditions and any preparation. The assessed trial should cover holding, supported delivery and release, plus how uncertain pickups are identified and handled. Six planned cartons do not by themselves establish the range the tool will encounter later.
