Our UR5e housing-transfer setup is waiting for its gripper controller. I returned the controller to the seller's agreed service address. The parcel was signed for, but the service contact cannot give an intake number. Purchasing has the return agreement and packing photographs. Nobody can tell me whose queue it is in.
Try the receiving contact at that address with the parcel reference and the controller identification in one message. Ask the seller to connect you rather than simply forwarding your email into the same service queue again.
The seller gave us a warehouse email. That person confirms a parcel with our tracking number but says the service department collected several returns together. No item list was attached to the reply.
That person may be able to name who collected them, which is worth asking while you have a reply. It sounds as though another general delivery search would send you backwards now.
They have named a service coordinator and copied them in. I asked the coordinator to match our controller identification and confirm where it is. No answer yet. The equipment remains unavailable.
Has purchasing asked that coordinator about a temporary replacement as well? Locating yours remains important, but the work is still stopped while those people exchange emails.
