Ask the seller to identify each missing item's package, its markings and the carrier handover evidence, while you send the receiving inventory against the complete order; the arm's delivery reference cannot establish a second shipment.
5分They have our inventory and photos showing the one received crate. I asked for the controller package marking and whether the adapter is inside it. Their reply still says shipped separately, with neither answer.
