Does the retained state include an attempt identifier you can compare with the saved result?
24分PLC retains a result reference. Monitor only logged the bit. Controls is checking which completed attempt that reference describes; no repeat request sent.
5分Did that reference match an existing result, or is it still unresolved?
24分Our operator once treated an unresolved row as a new inspection to run, so give this one a clear review owner while controls traces it; an uncertain result is not an empty work slot.
