I can identify the attempt in our FR10 spacer-loading export now, but the phone video was taken after someone selected another tray job. Support is treating them as one occurrence. I need to correct that link before they diagnose the wrong sequence.
Tell them exactly where the job selection changed, Chen. Keep the original export and video, but say which part of the video still belongs to the stopped job. Have they named the earlier request or confirmation they actually need to see?
