Look at the sleeve before the fingers touch it. Matching pads are useful to establish, but they won't make a sleeve sit square in a pocket that isn't supporting it properly.

Our FR10 sleeve leans even after the pads were checked

Some sleeves rock in the pocket by hand. Others sit flat. Same marked sleeve type.
10分Keep one of each for comparison, with the pocket they came from.
4分Could still be the pocket. I had a moulded part catch on a little patch of residue and spent far too long comparing parts because the ones with slightly different edges caught it more readily. Two things can cooperate to make you look daft.
5分Compare both sleeves in the same identified pocket. Then compare that pocket with the intended seat. Otherwise you're changing the part and the support together.
11分Naomi's comparison would tell you more than another pickup edit. Who is examining the part variation with quality? The same type marking doesn't promise identical actual bases.
6分Quality and tooling have both samples. One has a raised moulding edge underneath. It touches the pocket floor.
15分Does that edge fall inside the sleeve's accepted condition, or is it a part defect?
19分Don't let my residue story become the diagnosis, by the way. You've found a physical edge on the part now; I'd want quality's answer before anybody attacks the pocket with a file.
6分Quality says the edge is permitted. The drawing locates on the annular face beside it, not that edge.
13分Then ask tooling whether the pocket leaves that edge clear. A permitted part still needs the intended contacts.
18分And keep the old point changes available for whoever restores the job after the mechanical work. Don't erase the trail and make them discover those offsets all over again.
2分Pocket drawing has clearance there. Fitted insert does not. Tooling identified an older insert in the tray.
3分There it is. Was the tray label identifying the insert or just the carrier? Ours said the right thing in very legible letters on the wrong bit of tooling.
6分Carrier only. Correct insert fitted by maintenance; both retained sleeves now seat on the intended face. Job verification follows.
4分Include the permitted edge variation in that verification, plus release. The easy sleeve shouldn't do all the demonstrating.
11分Verification complete with quality's accepted sleeve range, pickup and release included. Reviewed job now matches the corrected tooling. Thank you, Naomi, for pinning down the pocket comparison.
14分Good result. I bet the old insert looked reassuringly familiar every time it went back in.
