We found an old process summary reporting only the accepted output, which concealed the rework. Can you link the final inspection sheets to the same individual brackets measured before straightening, rather than compare two batch totals?
10分Some individual marks survive, but the before-straightening sheet is incomplete. We cannot calculate a reliable rate for the whole run from what is there.
5分Our UR5e quote had a similar route gap. We asked for a current-part trial with fabrication and quality involved. Still worth finding what the old bench work did, even if its rate can't be recovered.
