Can't finish setup from these two cable diagrams

Any reply after sending the actual cable and equipment labels together?

Sent those. Seller replied with a third guide, still no explanation of which one applies.

Does the third guide identify the supplied hardware revision, or are they sending another generic document?

Three guides is quite a collection. I'd want one confirmed match, not a vote.

Ask their technical contact to mark the applicable page and confirm it against your identifiers. Sales forwarding another PDF isn't getting your installer any closer.

Third guide is generic too, Beth. Installer asked for technical confirmation. We aren't choosing by connector appearance.

Try the manufacturer's support route with that same identifier set; they may help establish what documentation belongs to the equipment, even while you chase the seller

Not yet. Manufacturer asked for clearer label photos; installer sent them. Setup remains unpowered.
