Mobile-robot proposal. Receiving station cannot take the load. Who keeps the delivery request: dispatch or the receiving team?
I want one owner for deciding when to try again. This is about the work queue, not how the robot recovers.

I'd want the receiving team to say when it can accept the load. Otherwise dispatch is just asking the same question again. But I would not want another queue that only the receiving team can see.
0分Could dispatch keep the request while the receiving team supplies the availability? I don't see why knowing the destination is free must also mean owning the delivery queue.
0分Yes. I was bundling priority and availability into one owner. I still want dispatch to decide which waiting request goes next; the receiving team should not have to rank everybody else's work just to say it has space.
