Use the same part and tray conditions, then state what each demonstration must show. I can't tell how much of the current difference belongs to the arm.
22分We've asked both suppliers to use our tray drawing and retained sleeve samples. One says their preferred tray is part of the proposed package. Fair enough, but that makes it a different buying decision.
8分Compare complete proposals in that case, including the tray change and its cost. Or keep a separate test of the existing tray requirement; don't mix the two scores.
7分That's helped. We now have an existing-tray requirement plus an optional redesigned-tray proposal. Our supervisor hadn't realised the smoother video meant replacing all the trays, so that cost is getting proper attention.
11分Does the redesigned tray still work for manual handling and inspection? I'd check those uses before treating its effect on robot loading as the whole benefit.
