our FR10 torch is a line through a real clamp

The offline FR10 welding sketch reaches the bracket's inside corner with a line representing the torch, while the actual clamp and torch body look crowded; what should the integrator model before this becomes an approved layout?

Use the full torch assembly and clamps in their actual welding positions.

Include the approach and exit too, with the welding specialist's required orientation and access conditions. A body that fits at one point can still have no useful route into that corner.

Hana, would you include the cable arrangement at this stage?

Yes, the proposed routing and its constraints, even if some details remain provisional. I would not approve access from a torch body floating alone while the cable is left for someone else to discover.

Full assembly is now in the study; one clamp obstructs the required orientation, so the fixture designer and welding specialist are comparing alternatives without changing the physical setup yet.

Is the proposed clamp change assessed for its holding job as well?

That matters, Callum. Moving the obstruction is only useful if the revised fixture still locates and restrains the bracket as required; ask for the welding access and fixture review to stay linked.
