Stuck between the service address and an actual assessment (Fairino FR10)

Our Fairino FR10 setup for placing inspection samples is out of service while the unnamed seller in China is meant to assess the tool interface module. I returned it to the service address they confirmed and retained the agreement and delivery record. The parcel shows delivered, yet I've had no confirmation of intake or inspection for 41 days.

Check whether the return agreement provides a case reference alongside the component identifier. Those details would help the receiving team connect the parcel to the service request.

Our return information includes the case reference and confirmed address, with photographs identifying the component before packing. The seller's response only says it's checking with service; it doesn't confirm receipt or inspection.

Combine the case details, component photographs, and transport delivery record in a request for physical intake confirmation. Ask who is responsible for reconciling that receipt with the service case.

@AdaArcher0390 Would it help to focus my next request on intake instead of repair completion? The repair-status question hasn't produced a specific answer.

On my own service return, asking which stage was complete worked better. Receipt, inspection, and return shipping had been getting squeezed into 'processing'.

The delivery record establishes receipt, so request a named service contact and confirmation that the component has moved into the inspection process.

The transport event doesn't establish that the identified component has entered the service inventory. Confirming that intake is precisely the unresolved step here.

I conflated delivery to the address with receipt into the service process. The first request should establish that the component has been located and logged against the case.

Could it be sitting unopened somewhere and still count as delivered?

An unopened parcel is one possible explanation, not an established fact in this case. Intake reconciliation needs to determine whether the contents have been located and identified.

Right. I'll ask them to locate it, not tell them which shelf I imagine it's on. I'm frustrated, but I don't actually know.
