What's the package count on your delivery note? Match its identifier to the agreed contents so the missing balance is clear.
23分One package identifier. Our order lists the arm, controller, and the tool wiring adapter. I've checked all the foam compartments. Neither missing item is hiding underneath

12分On my own split delivery, the packing list said which box held each item. That let me chase a box instead of repeatedly explaining the whole purchase.
2分Did you use the carrier's box numbers or the seller's? I can see how those might become two more lists that don't agree
20分Keep both if they're different, with an explicit link between them. Ask the seller which carrier reference belongs to each of its package identifiers.
