Our delivered FR5 has a cracked tool interface cover. I sent wide and close photographs; the seller returned the wide view with a circle around an undamaged section. They say it looks fine. It remains unpowered. How do I get someone to address the crack we can actually see?

Send one numbered image showing the crack and its position on the arm, with a direct request for assessment of that damaged area.
21分Done. Their answer still refers to paint marks. The cover edge is split, not scratched.
0分Is the split visible in the full-resolution attachment they received? Some messaging previews make a dreadful mess of narrow cracks.

4分Unclear, Emma. One support had moved but I cannot show where it travelled. Service has arranged a local inspection.
18分Inspection happened. The assessor found a broken cover fixing as well as the split. A replacement cover and fixing are being arranged; assessment of the interface beneath is still outstanding. Leah, thank you for making the photograph request specific.
