Our seller's FR5 clip shows a sample disappear behind the tool and reappear over a tray, but no readable finger-set identity and no view of release. Does their existing recording identify any part of your package, or is the order number only in the message beside it?
6分Only in the message. Nothing readable on the package. I've asked for identification views linked to the handling sequence, with the fingers, sample and receiving pocket visible.
15分Will you also be able to see that the sample has actually been released? A hand appearing from outside the frame would leave the same question unanswered.
15分Yes, release is explicitly on the list. Seller has agreed to record it but supplied no replacement yet. The original clip remains insufficient for our agreed check.
